...And now a question. I've had the cheese-garlic bread at The Smokehouse in Burbank, and it's pretty fantabulous. Someone I know thinks they use crushed Cheetos in the spread. Any reasonable guesses as to how I can replicate this? Think it should be in softened butter with some cream cheese in it? Mayo? What?

Thanks, champagne! -I suspect the one from Chef Jamie is probably the recipe that The Smokehouse in Burbank uses.
I'm going to give it a go tonight...I'm in the mood for something really yummy-greasy-cheesy-garlictastic.
