MsMarm, you're welcome...I'm so glad you liked it. :D Just so happens I'm using it tonight for tri-tip.

BTW, there's another marinade I got from the same book you should try sometime, too. It's delicious for grilled boneless chicken breasts...also pork tenderloin and lamb.

Dijon Mustard Marinade

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. soy sauce
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. fresh minced rosemary or thyme (or 1 tsp. dried...can also use herbs de Provence)
1/4 cup olive oil
